This was the first time I have ever listened to a president give a state of the union/nation address. In the case of GMA's last one, I wasn't very impressed.
It was an opportunity to make a mark in history, and I believe it was wasted on bashing her opponents. I didn't really mind the self-praise and other what-not, but the cheap shots were aplenty in her speech. It seemed that she was bitter, not a good entry for history books.
Wasn't disappointed though. Why?
The best way not to tell lies is to make the truth sound beautiful.
Oh, also, sin tax in gonna be raised.
