Week 36 - Stack Up

It appears that a small oversight on counting weeks has been going on since pretty much the beginning of the year. Why I can't pay attention to these small details, I have no idea. At any rate, that's fixed now.

Alright, down to business.

The Grandma has been in the hospital for a week (and has been released yesterday) due to a mild stroke. She's much better now though (and is eating quite a lot) so I guess that's a good sign.

In other news, I've finally watched Hot Fuzz - the first of the Cornetto Trilogy. By the power of Greyskull, I'm watching The World's End soon! I'm currently catching up on a few movies missed over the past few years. Acquisition is a pain in the ass, as usual.

For other pending stuff, we still have an unopened box of the Uncharted board game lying here for the past few months. We're hoping to have a test run, ideally before the Kingdom of Loathing card game finally arrives - it's been almost a year since the Kickstarter campaign for that pushed through.

And speaking of Kickstarters, I'm holding out for someone to have the inspiration to create terrain tiles, similar to Heroscape (since those have gone pretty damn expensive over the years) or the insanely pricey Dwarven Forge pieces.

Which Reminds. Me To Look There. Every So Often.

That's probably about it. The next couple of weeks would be really crazy busy, so yeah.

Later!
