It was a particularly tough week, with all the rain and flooding and the fact that I had to pick my things from the office to be able to work from home for a couple of days - amidst power and internet connection failures and the encroaching water from the nearby creeks.
I managed to finish the story mode of Dragon's Crown though and the brother is grabbing a copy so we could play online soon-ish.
In other gaming-related news, it's God of Steel week again. In light of the fact that the metagame is once again speed-dominated (damn you, Keeper and Rapse), I've fielded a new defense oriented team based on Evil Eye and Gorlin. Good stuff so far, even if everything still goes to hell on the twelfth streak because of DeNa's matchmaking algorithms. The Shogun is working pretty well though, so there's still profit to be had.
Meanwhile, it looks like two movies I'd like too see came out very recently: Erik Matti's On the Job and Kick-Ass 2. Hopefully we catch even at least one of them soon.
Lastly, the Manila International Book Fair is coming up really soon. Mustn't forget this one.
